10 family members; rooms are clean and the restaurant provided special service to accommodate our family all 24 guest that some came in from a close by town; I had 2 family members with wheel chairs and Micheal, Daniela, Victor and Carlos gave us the best treatment one would home for in any high end hotel;
I usually never write reviews, but this guys deserve my recognition for great service.
I plan to stay there every time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No conditioner. AC was not working because other rooms were using heat. No coffee maker. The iron is located in the hallway. No bath mat for the shower. Wifi was good but i will not be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Experience! What an incredible experience we had. The ibis Torreon exceeded all of our expectations. The Covid procedures were very thorough, the property was super clean and the service we experienced was more like a 5-star resort than a reasonably priced hotel. Also, all of the restaurants in the hotel and plaza were excellent. Thank you Javier and crew!
