★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dieron una semana para entregar el equipo pasaron 3 semanas y luego de las 3 semanas adivinen ? No arreglaron el tlf y adivinen a quien le sacaron piezas para revenderlas ?? Terrible atención proceso etc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero recomendado, este lugar es una estafa para reparar tu equipo apple, primero no te atienden cuando llegas y te hacen esperar mucho tiempo, luego te dicen que si puede ser reparado tu equipo pero, al final te dicen que solo van a revisar todo el funcionamiento y que si lo quieres recuperar te van a cobrar 200 pesos solo por el diagnóstico, la verdad es solo para equipos de última generación nada favorable para alguien que es estudiante o que apenas es su primer dispositivo. Me robaron mi ipad porque no pude pagar el diagnóstico del cual no me avisaron que tenía un costo
Zero recommended, this place is a scam to repair your apple equipment, first they do not attend you when you arrive and make you wait a long time, then they tell you that if your equipment can be repaired but, in the end they tell you that they are only going to check everything operation and that if you want to recover it they will charge you 200 pesos only for the diagnosis, the truth is only for last generation equipment, nothing favorable for someone who is a student or who is just their first device. My ipad was stolen because I couldn't pay for the diagnosis and they didn't tell me there was a cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de no recibir llamada sobre el dx, yo llame y me dijeron 2 opciones que ninguna garantizaba que funcionara mi tel, fui a recogerlo Y me lo entregaron dañado de la huella cuando si funciona de ahí.
Se nota que sólo quieren obtener dinero

After not receiving a call about the dx, I called and they told me 2 options that none guaranteed that my phone would work, I went to pick it up and they delivered it to me damaged from the fingerprint when it works from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En concreto, son amables pero no tienen buen trato con el cliente, no te comunican nada. A mi me hicieron un "diagnóstico" de iMac pero se me hizo elevado el precio (350), tengo mis sospechas de que ni revisaron bien el equipo. En fin.
Specifically, they are friendly but they do not treat the client well, they do not communicate anything to you. They did an iMac "diagnosis" for me but the price was high (350), I have my suspicions that they didn't even check the equipment properly. Anyway.
