★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Servicio Técnico para Koblenz dejó mucho que desear, llevé mi regulador varias veces (como 4 veces o más) para reparación y no pudieron hacer nada y siempre me regresaban mi aparato con la misma falla (en una ocasión incluso me dijeron que no encontraban el problema, comportándose como si la falla no existiera). El problema se solucionó hasta que me hicieron un cambio total del apartado gracias a que lo cubría la garantía.
The Technical Service for Koblenz left a lot to be desired, I took my regulator several times (like 4 times or more) for repair and they couldn't do anything and they always returned my device with the same fault (on one occasion they even told me they couldn't find the problem, behaving as if the fault did not exist). The problem was solved until I made a total change of the section because it was covered by the guarantee.
