★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré un reloj en diciembre 2018 (se regaló el 24), y para los primeros días de enero 2019 ya no funcinó. En punto de venta ICE me dijeron que era una falla de fabricación y que cambiarían la maquinaria del reloj; pedí reemplazo del reloj sin éxito. Después, vía teléfonica me dijeron que sólo cambiarian la batería.
En la tiena la persona que nos atendió fue muy poco agradable, no mostró empatía alguna a mi molestia de que un reloj nuevo no duró en correcto funcionamiento ni un mes. Primero no quería dar una nueva garantía, hasta que me me molesté seriamente me dio una.
La verdad para mi no es un buen servicio para el cliente, Ice Watch Mexico debería cambiar un reloj que es casi nuevo (1 mes) y ya no funciona por falla de fábrica por una nueva!!!
 I bought a watch in December 2018 (it was given away on the 24th), and by the first days of January 2019 it no longer worked. At the ICE point of sale they told me that it was a manufacturing fault and that they would change the clock mechanism; I requested replacement of the watch without success. Later, by phone they told me that they would only change the battery.
In the store, the person who attended us was very unpleasant, he did not show any empathy to my annoyance that a new watch did not last a month in correct operation. First he didn't want to give a new guarantee, until I got seriously annoyed he gave me one.
The truth for me is not a good service for the customer, Ice Watch Mexico should change a watch that is almost new (1 month) and no longer works due to factory failure for a new one!!!
