3.- Esperamos tus indicaciones. Solo reparamos cuando nos das la autorización para hacerlo.
4.- Realizas el pago y te entregamos tu equipo reparado. Se revisará que todo funcione correctamente frente a los técnicos, quienes aclararán todas tus dudas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuimos a cambiar la pila de un iphone. La cambiaron y resultó bien pero mi pantalla dejó de funcionar. Nunca tuve problemas con mi pantalla pero ahora no detecta el touch. Se traba 20 minutos y no me deja hacer nada. Espero me puedan solucionar el problema.
ACTUALIZACIÓN
Mi teléfono ya no carga. Yo no tenía ese problema. Solo fui a cambiar la batería y ya no sirve la entrada al cable.
Today we went to change the battery of an iPhone. The it changed and it turned out well but my screen stopped working. I never had problems with my screen but now can not detect the touch. It locks 20 minutes and not let me do anything. I hope you can solve the problem.
UPGRADE
My phone will not charge. I did not have that problem. I just went to change the battery and no longer serves the entrance to the cable.

I had gone to see various other repair stores in the area before talking to iCenter, who were the only one to actually carry out the first set of tests in front of me to try and make a first diagnostic and give me more visibility. I had my phone dropped in water while I was in Cancun the day before I come to Mexico City. Julian who was working at iCenter Londres offered to have it taken apart and dry it from inside. He took pictures of the process to show the before/after. The cost for the job was very reasonable.
Then when we turned it on together we found that the screen needs replacement. We tried to verify it with temporary screen to make sure everything is working before buying a new one then once we tested all the sensors and functionality we decided that replacing the screen is what all the phone needs.
The new screen that they had in the shop wasn’t up to the quality they believe in and Julian offered me a temporary screen for couple days until I go to their shop in Roma and get a quality screen.
I went to the iCenter Roma shop and they did outstanding job with the new quality screen no question asked. It has been 3 weeks and I’m very happy with the phone. The professional work these guys done turned my first trip to Mexico to be very positive as my other options would have been costly.
