★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, empezamos muy bien con este proveedor y de repente empezaron a quedar mal con los pedidos, yo seguía levantando pedido no me decían que no, solo se disculpaban que por problemas en el sistema etc, pero no me surtían, al final se comprometieron en surtirme y quedo igual, no me atendieron. A mi punto de vista es mejor decir claramente que no me atenderán a que me digan que si, y no lo hagan, porque eso es mas como una burla y falta de respeto. Definitivamente mejor cambie de proveedor.
Disappointing, we started very well with this supplier and suddenly they started to look bad with the orders, I kept raising orders, they didn't tell me no, they only apologized that for problems in the system etc, but they didn't supply me, in the end they committed to supply me and stay the same, they did not attend to me. In my point of view it is better to say clearly that they will not listen to me than to say yes, and do not do it, because that is more like a mockery and lack of respect. Definitely better change provider.
