It is a very beautiful concept, its common areas are spacious and original, I really liked the concept of a toy library for my little ones, it is definitely worth it.

Terrible construction company .... They showed us a project and delivered something totally different ... Now we bought in pre-sale because they promised us something different, since we saw what the houses were, it was a total disappointment ... We've had three months waiting to be able to inhabit that house and they are not even close to finishing ... It's a shame. For that price believe me you can find better houses. Cecilia does not give a solution to anything ... whenever it is requested to see her so that she does not report why no one works in our house? She only has excuses not to show her face ... The few times we have met with her, the only thing she says is that the next day everyone will be working on her ... You go the next day to confirm that this is true and surprise , there is no one working ... He keeps covering and excusing his suppliers who are zero professionals (this is in the case of carpentry) on Friday, June 18, 2022 after already having two and a half months of delay in delivery , I was told that the Carpentry and the modifications of the house would be delivered with all the errors corrected and what do you think? Today is Monday, June 21, 2021 and they did not put a single finger on the house .... This week is already 3 months late and the only answer he has is "tomorrow I have everyone working to make the delivery and close with these earrings "

I highly recommend ICON, one of the best you can find in Zibatá, it has very good amenities; common area with grills, pool, gym and playroom. The houses are quite spacious and with versatile spaces that adapt to your family needs and tastes, such as extensions to the roof, pergola and terrace. They have very good views, with green areas that are giving it a lot of life and color. 5 minutes away is the golf club, Jamadi park (the largest in Zibatá) and just outside the private park there is another park with games and it is pet friendly. :)

I liked ICON a lot, and my family even more, we are a large family of 6 members (sons, daughters, my husband and I) and for us it was very pleasant, that they helped us so that we could all have a space inside the house , each of my children will have their own room and the best thing is that in addition to being a house with so much space, we will have a beautiful view. I like the flexibility and willingness to find a solution to my need.

I highly recommend the ÍCONO residential complex, it has entertainment areas for a family atmosphere, an area that has a swimming pool, dining room, grills, planters; an area that has a playroom and gym; also the green areas are fascinating. The houses are in excellent design, the colors are very visual, the furniture is of an incredible quality and very elegant as well as all the accessories that make up the house. The finishes of the terrace and the view from it is something unique. In general, it seems like a wonderful place to live and the best option in Zibatá.

I finally decided to move to Querétaro and I was pleasantly surprised when I met zibata, I spent several weekends together with my family in reviewing the options and I definitely stayed with an icon. It seemed different to everything I saw and I love that it has many spaces to play with my children.

One of the most beautiful residential areas in zibata! The houses have excellent finishes and the cluster is super quiet.
