★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El staff es muy bueno, servicial y buena onda! Las clases de 6.15 am son padrísimas con Blanca, Armando y Ren, puedes ver el amanecer y empezar el día con todo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bien, pero las bicicletas están muy viejas. Tiene que ir pasando personal del estudio apretando tuercas durante el entrenamiento.
Very good, but the bikes are very old. You have to go past studio staff tightening nuts during training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensé mucho en escribir este review, pero mi intención es que espero que la persona indicada pueda leer este comentario con mi experiencia.
Compré un paquete de 5 clases por suerte. El Lunes a las 8:07 de la mañana llegue a registrarme para la clase de bici. Cuando llegue el chico que está en la computadora me pregunto mi nombre. A lado de mi estaba la instructora de la clase y una chica de staff que ajusta las bicicletas y como que asiste a los instructores. Su comentario fue… vienés a Barre? Barrer? Y se empiezan a reír a carcajada abierta, a lo que yo conteste… No no vine a barrer. Y después comentaron algo así como uyyyyy que poco sentido del humor. Decidí retirarme y tomar la clase pero cuando me fui como quiera seguían riéndose y burlándose de mi evidentemente. Se me hace muy poco profesional y fuera de lugar el comentario. Me siento triste por que realmente era muy conveniente para mi esa locación para poder hacer ejercicio. Igual la instructora al final me ofreció una disculpa. Pero como quiera me siento incómoda de regresar. Y sigo sintiendo la falta de ética, profesionalismo, y respeto de tratar a un cliente que paga por un servicio.
I thought a lot about writing this review, but my intention is that I hope that the right person can read this comment with my experience.
Luckily I bought a package of 5 classes. On Monday at 8:07 in the morning I arrived to register for the bike class. When the guy on the computer comes he asks me my name. Next to me was the class instructor and a staff girl who adjusts the bikes and kind of assists the instructors. Your comment was… Viennese to Barre? Sweep? And they begin to laugh out loud, to which I answered ... No, I did not come to sweep. And then they commented something like uyyyyy that little sense of humor. I decided to withdraw and take the class but when I left however they kept laughing and making fun of me obviously. The comment makes me very unprofessional and out of place. I feel sad because it really was very convenient for me that location to exercise. Maybe the instructor at the end offered me an apology. But anyway I feel uncomfortable going back. And I still feel the lack of ethics, professionalism, and respect in treating a customer who pays for a service.

Tomé la clase de 6 de la mañana en viernes, venía con la motivación y energía muy bajas, pero el entusiasmo de la instructora fue de lo mejor! A pesar de ser nuevo con esto del indoor bike, nunca me sentí excluido. Salí motivadisimo para un largo día de trabajo! Recomendado 100% este lugar!
Icycle is a great place! It has a super nice atmosphere.
I took the class from 6 in the morning on Friday, I came with very low motivation and energy, but the enthusiasm of the instructor was the best! Despite being new to the indoor bike, I never felt left out. I left extremely motivated for a long day at work! 100% recommended this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malas coaches, te dicen que metas las rodillas cuando eso es lo que te lastima. Y luego me dice que si me lastimo allá yo (mis rodillas estaban derechas) Meter las rodillas al rodar va en contra de la anatomía de tus rodillas coach Ren. Deberían contratar coaches mas calificados y que realmente sepan de lo que están hablando y que de hecho tengan buena técnica. Por eso me fui a otro estudio y no pienso regresar. Cabe mencionar que luego las bicis están chafas, constantemente se salía mi pie del pedal. Bye!!!
Bad coaches, they tell you to put your knees in when that's what hurts you. They should hire more qualified coaches who really know what they are talking about and actually have good technique. That's why I went to another studio and I'm not going back. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Icycle Roma is the best.. I’m an avid cyclist... but this is just next level the best cardio.. try Richard, the instructor ?? he is the best ...tempo rhythm music work out everything is just amazing my favorite spin class so far in Mexico City try them for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not miss they’re janky old cycling shoes with un-balanced cleats and squeaky worn out schwinn bikes. More importantly i feel extremely taken advantage of after buying a promotional package, it expired and now they’re requiring me to spend more for something I already paid for. I wish this would have been made clearer when I had initially purchased as I travel every month from the EEUU to Mexico. I arrived to chat with the receptionist because I didn’t get a response via email and the guy at reception could care less. So cold and rude. As an avid spin cyclist I’ve never seen such horrible customer service or strenuous restrictions on a purchase at a studio. Fortunately Mexico City is a big cosmopolitan city where there is a plethora of options on indoor cycling studios. It’s disappointing because I had a routine going here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had one of my favorite Spin classes here with the instructor Ren - she is amazing (and plays the best music)! Her energy and encouragement throughout the class keeps you motivated. The class was hosted on a rooftop with an amazing view and fun staff.
