★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado, en este lugar estafan. Son incapaces de establecer tiempos claros para el diagnóstico de una computadora común y corriente de reciente modelo. Y al no poderlo realizar (simplemente no pudieron abrirla por un “tornillo barrido”) te irán inventando excusas absurdas, una tras otra, para no devolverte el dinero que te cobraron por hacer nada. A ello, agréguenle que el formato de la nota está en portugués(?)

And not being able to do it (they simply could not open it by a "screw sweep") they will invent you absurd excuses, one after the other, so as not to return the money they charged you for doing nothing. Very attentive since I left my laptop and the technician always kept me up to date on how my equipment was going, which gave me security. I leave it very well and I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi computadora que se que era viejita por que se calentaba y se re iniciaba, me dijeron que había que cambiar la pila, que le arreglaran en software y que había que cambiar el teclado en sí se pagó casi $2000 pero que si tenía arreglo, 1 semana después la computadora se sigue re iniciando y me dice que solo tiene garantía por las piezas y no por el servicio que cuando sale de la tienda y se pone cualquier memoria usb etc ya no se hacen responsables, pero también me dice que el que se re inicie no es por software y que no saben por qué es, pero si habían hecho un diagnóstico!!!! Entonces? No los recomiendo para nada
Terrible service, I took my computer that I know was old because it heated up and started again, they told me that the battery had to be changed, that they would fix it in software and that the keyboard itself had to be changed, it was paid almost $ 2000 but what if It had a fix, 1 week later the computer continues to restart and tells me that it only has a guarantee for the parts and not for the service that when it leaves the store and puts any usb memory etc. they are no longer responsible, but it also tells me that the restart is not by software and they do not know why it is, but if they had made a diagnosis !!!! So? I do not recommend them at all
