★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene muebles lindos pero el servicio de las chicas en tienda es muy desganado, no tienen una actitud de venta, y el servicio telefónico es pésimo nunca contestan. Si necesitas información te atiende muy bien por mensaje facebook.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no entregan las cosas que uno pide. señale cual era el comedor que quería y me llevaron otro, al momento de pedir el cambio, se lavan las manos, una señora ya mayor es grosera, cortante y sin actitud de servicio, se limita a decir que la vendedora ya no traba allí. Es la empresa a la que yo le compre no a la vendedora "IDEAL DECORACION" es la que debe responder.
Terrible service, they do not deliver the things you ask for. I pointed out which was the dining room I wanted and they brought me another one, when I asked for the change, they wash their hands, an elderly lady is rude, curt and lacks an attitude of service, she just says that the saleswoman no longer works there. It is the company that I buy from, not the vendor "IDEAL DECORACION" is the one that must respond.

Primero me dijeron que el mueble era nuevo de bodega,
Segundo me dijeron un día, y no llegó.
Pase ese día a ver a la tienda y me dijeron que no había otro mueble así que me dieron el de la exhibición.
Pésimo servicio como si fuera gratis.
