Ideal Dental Center - 15300 Ciudad de México

I decided to visit Ideal dentistry on my last visit to Mexico City from California. I am very appreciative of the quality of technical work they performed during my appointment. Ideal's high tech equipment made the process go very smoothly and with perfect results. I would highly recommend the staff of dentists and supporting assistants who made everything go exceedingly well. I would rate them higher than what I've experiencing in the San Francisco Bay area. I'll probably do a return visit for implants when I am ready.

The service was very professional from the first time I reached out. They are very responsive and also arranged two calls before I arrived. One to discuss my requirements and with the specialist for aligners. The equipment and scanning are top of the line and they were accommodating to my needs and timeline as I was only in MXC for a week. Highly recommend the team and wouldn't hesitate to get work done here if you're in MXC.

This is a very great dentist. They were very professional and affordable. I was at the dentist for three days and they were all very patient with me and I got everything done that needed to be done.

I was flying from Canada to CDMX and figured I get some of my dental work taken care of while down there. Google lead me to this place. Im usually hesitant of business with too many good reviews while similar businesses have no or few reviews. I figured I'd take a chance and couldn't be happier. The front desk staff and the dentist were super helpful and accommodating with my tight schedule. Ended up getting 3 rootcanals and 2 inlays for my teeth with large fillings. They make the crown in-house so turn around town is fast. I will be heading back once I have a number of major procedures to take care of. Flight, hotel and their fees were still much lower than what my dentist would have charged. So pretty much got a free vacction to CDMX + more money left in my pocket. Highly recommend.

My experience with Ideal Dental center was very positive. I still have 3 more visits to go to complete the dental work that I need done. The whole process of getting my appointment, the travel to Mexico City and the actual work has been easy and very professional. I used Dental Departures web site for the selecting of the dental office and the booking of my times to see the dentist when in Mexico City. That site was extremely helpful and followed up with me before I left for the appointment in Mexico City. Upon arrival I had a three hour consultation with Ideal Dental Center about my teeth issues, the plan for correcting the problems and the time and cost involved. Dr. Gabrielle Torres Barros consulted and guided me about my treatment plan. She also assisted throughout the weekend with a specialists that came in to do my work for this first trip. I need a total of five implants and some cosmetic work. The first day was easy, the next day was 8 hours of work. I arrived for my first specialist. With Dr. Gabrielle‘s assistance the specialist cleaned my teeth, extracted two teeth on top , gave me bone replacement, and a membrane on top of extracted two teeth. I was already missing three teeth, so in those areas they gave me three titanium implants which will be the base for three new teeth in the bottom. The third day was 5 hours of work. A double root canal and reconstruction of the root canal teeth. Although the process and weekend was very long and challenging to be in the dental chair for such a extended period of time. Ideal Dental Center was kind, professional and the work they performed was extremely high end dental work. No different than getting the work done in America, actually think they did a better job than what they do in America. Because I have such a limited amount of time when you’re there they do a ton of work in a short period and that in itself is a blessing. Especially if you don’t like to go to the dentist. Ideal Dental Center did a wonderful job for my first trip to Mexico City to work on my teeth. I look forward to seeing them again in four months time. I want to thank all of the staff at Ideal Dental Center including Dr. Gabriella for all of your professional dental skills. Would give ‘em 6 outta 5 if I could. They straightened my gum line in a couple hours, straightened my teeth and put veneers on. Did everything fast and worked with my travel schedule. Painless, amazing, considerate care from all involved. Felt very secure and involved in the entire process. They asked for my input a lot in the design and implementation. Extremely cheap compared to US prices. Could not be happier with the result and entire experience, top to bottom. Thank you Ideal Dental for giving me the smile I’ve always dream of!

Ideal Dental was a fantastic experience from start to finish! They really tailored my dental work to a tight schedule, even when unexpected travel changes occurred, they made sure I was still to be looked after.
