★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los comentarios sobre que es una buena empresa son de los mismo coordinadores te pagan conforme les valla en su semana no es sueldo fijo , y cuando te quieres dar de baja te retienen el pago de toda una semana que por que debes darte de baja hasta las oficinas y nunca te dan ese dinero , si cumples tus metas te dicen que se te calleron dos o tres siempre roban los supervisores

Cuando inicias tu primer día de trabajo el supervisor te deja sola y no te apoya y además no te dejan salir a comer y ala hora de cobrar te descuentan el seguro y ni siquiera estás dado de alta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está empresa es un verdadero fraude yo estuve en eca 9 mi supervisor fue Ricardo Estupiñán Martínez el señor solo se dedicaba a flojear a tomar a ser que nos robaramos líneas a comprar chips usados y portarlos te prometen algo cuando llegas ala capacitación y luego te precionan quieren que andes de abonero atrás del cliente te quitan portas que no generan pago cuando Telcel ala empresa se las paga en 3000 pesos no esto es un fraude por eso hay tanta gente renunciando

La verdad nunca eh tenido problemas en mis pagos siempre han Sido respetuosos en eso
Pagan muy bien la verdad el descuento del seguro y impuesto eso es en todos lados
Y lo de portas que te quitan para eso tienes una plataforma llamada sicom
Dónde la puedes checar del diario para que verifiques que todo esté en orden
La verdad es una excelente empresa y le agradezco todo lo que me ha brindado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad estuve buscando otros empleos y no me dieron la oportunidad en otros lados me meti a trabajar en esta empresa no paga muy bien pero en sellgram paga peor te exigen ambas pero por lo menos aqui te descuentan perp no te quedan mal con la paga los cordinadores de ideal promotoria son muy castrosos el superbisor me toco que era buena onda
