★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio hasta el momento. El personal no está capacitado y no respaldan su trabajo. Fueron personalmente a medir los ventanales y sobre eso hicieron la cotización de las persianas; el resultado no fue lo que prometieron según las especificaciones de la señorita que nos atendió (tenemos toda la evidencia por WhatsApp de su propuesta de diseño). Ahora están solicitando $3,000 pesos más para componer el error que su trabajadora cometió.
Con gusto cambiaría mi reseña y evaluación si se responsabilizan del gran problema que es no tener personal calificado y solucionan el error.
Quedo atenta y en espera de respuesta del responsable de la empresa.
 Terrible service so far. The staff are not trained and do not support your work. They went personally to measure the windows and on that they made the price of the blinds; the result was not what they promised according to the specifications of the lady who attended us (we have all the evidence by WhatsApp of her design proposal). Now they are requesting $ 3,000 pesos more to make up for the mistake that their worker made.
I would gladly change my review and evaluation if they take responsibility for the big problem that is not having qualified personnel and fix the error.
I remain attentive and awaiting a response from the head of the company.
