Entregué mi laptop desde mediados de 2020, nunca te llaman para darte informacion, siempre tenia que estar llamando yo para que me dijeran algo. Pagué reparacion y la laptop estaba exactamente igual. La llevé a garantia y ahora en marzo de 2021 siguen sin regresarmela. Básicamente pagué para que se quedaran con mi laptop, y simplemente no me la van a regresar alegando que es cuestion de protocolos y reglamento.
NO LLEVEN NADA A REPARAR NI A COMPRAR AQUI, es una estafa, avisados estan.
TERRIBLE SERVICE
I have delivered my laptop since mid-2020, they never call you to give you information, I always had to be calling for them to tell me something. I paid for repair and the laptop was exactly the same. I took it under warranty and now in March 2021 they still haven't returned it to me. Basically I paid for them to keep my laptop, and they just won't return it to me claiming that it is a matter of protocols and regulations.
DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO REPAIR OR BUY HERE, it is a scam, they are warned.
