★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas son muy pequeñas, tienen solo un baño las más económicas con una mini regadera donde entras tú o entra el shampoo, la cocina es de juguete apenas te entra el refrigerador, sus techos se pasan de aligerados con poliuretano (unicel) por lo que no te dejan poner nada en ellos te indican las zonas donde puedes poner una antena y olvídate de un tinaco o calentador solar y aunque tenga pozo pero cuando entreguen a municipio si falla adiós al agua. El medio baño los muebles son como de kínder súper megapequeños si en un futuro quieres cambiar tus muebles tienes que mandarlo a hacer a medida. Te ponen el sistema de pastillas para algún corto eléctrico atrás del refri por lo que si se va la luz piensa en mover el refri para revisar. El diseño arquitectónico es coqueto, pero las casas de muy mala calidad, los vendedores muy mentirosos y poco honestos te dicen que tienen ofertas o regalos y es mentira o te los condicionan. Mejor inviertan en otro lugar. Te las entregan austeras con muros en yeso blanco, sin tarja.
