Incredible place. Truly unique local craft beers served with elevated food at a reasonable price. The outdoor garden seating was beautiful at dusk and they offered mosquito repellent which worked well to keep us comfortable. I took the opportunity to look at the gorgeous folk art in the gallery in front of the restaurant. This place is truly an experience.

We stayed in Valladolid in our way to Chichen-Itzá archeological zone. We enjoyed the night mapping at the plaza and walking around we found this nice restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and super friendly, they invited us to come over and check out the museum within the same house. Food was ok the best part was the Smokey habanero sauce; drinks were refreshing! We really like the atmosphere and the nice garden.

Wow, these are the best tortillas, tacos, and dip I have ever had. Both tacos were elevated without being pretentious. The sweet yet savory sauce on the vegetarian taco worked well with the mushrooms. The crisp fried vegetables had a nice texture that worked with the skirt steak tacos. The only improvement that could be made was the skirt steak was overdone. The waiter recommended the cheese poppers, which I’m happy to report are the best cheese poppers I’ve had. A crumbly picadillo-like filling with creamy queso and crisp exterior. The dipping sauces were all amazing! A jam/honey combination, the creamiest aioli you’ve ever had, and a nice warm habanero that is American hot, not Mexican hot, meaning you’re not going to end up on your deathbed. Paired with a mezcal with lemon juice and “worm salt” which had a cucumber slice in it, super smooth and refreshing! Better than many Michelin Star restaurants I’ve been to. Total cost just about US$15. And they made all this food on a makeshift outdoor grill, the equivalent of a food truck. Super talented. Just go!

I was looking forward to the craft beer, but was very disappointed by the IPAs. They were flavorless, had no hop profile, floral properties or bitterness. I had no desire to finish my beers since they were so awful. To be honest, I was expecting good quality since there were quite a few positive reviews, but the beer was very bland. I mentioned this to the staff but they didn't seem to care. One plus is there is a great museum and the ambience is very nice with very good live music. The food isn't bad either, but definitely nowhere near the best I've had in this Valladolid.

The museum was cute and the inner courtyard very nice and chic. We took a sampler platter and sadly, all the craft beers were quite underwhelming. We had the shrimp and skirt steak tacos too. The beef was great but the shrimp was overcooked and chewy. Cute place, but quite touristy

Beautiful patio terrace, good service, great beers and was surprised by the quality of the food too. Their garlic and chile mushrooms served with some glorious bread, were the best non-Mexican dish I’ve had in my 5 weeks in Mexico. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Simply stunning, and we are so sad we only discovered this absolute gem on our last day in Valladolid. It looks like a regular old beautiful shop from the street, but step through the museum rooms and you enter into a gorgeous, large open courtyard, with stunning decor and I retiro design. The food was incredible. The beer was incredible. The service was incredible. Honestly, we can’t recommend this place enough.
