★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio en verdad. Deje mi celular el día jueves y hasta el día lunes se hizo el envío a laboratorio. Pregunto como está mi cel el día de ayer y es la hora que aún no me responden en que estado se encuentra. El día que lo lleve me indicaron que me estarían informando todo vía WhatsApp y cosa que es mentira si no pregunto no me indican y sobre todo responden cuando quieren. No es recomendable!!
Bad service really. I left my cell phone on Thursday and it was not sent to the laboratory until Monday. I ask how my cell phone is yesterday and it is the time that they still do not answer me in what state it is. The day I took it they told me that they would be informing me of everything via WhatsApp and which is a lie if I don't ask they don't tell me and above all they answer when they want. It is not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio para cambiarle el cristal a un iPad la doblaron y ahora quedó pandeada. Pensé que por ser una franquicia usaban alguna máquina para quitar el cristal, pero no simplemente la doblan hasta que se despega, si estás buscando un lugar para reparar aquí no es.
Aparte le dejaron una pelusa dentro del cristal que la persona que lo arregló me dijo que eso era un rayón por dentro que así pasa a veces cuando quitan el cristal.
Actualizacion: arreglaron el iPad y quedó como nueva, excelente servicio por parte de la persona de Xalapa que intervino hasta que se arregló el problema.
2 cosas, 1 la enderezaron lo cual el técnico pudo haber hecho desde el principio y 2 la pelusa que decía el técnico que era una bretadura del display si se le quitó lo que indica que si era una pelusa.
Terrible service to change the glass to an iPad they bent it and now it is sagged. I thought that for being a franchise they used a machine to remove the glass, but they don't just bend it until it comes off, if you are looking for a place to repair it, this is not it.
Besides they left a lint inside the glass that the person who fixed it told me that it was a scratch on the inside that sometimes happens when they remove the glass.
Update: they fixed the iPad and it was like new, excellent service from the person from Xalapa who intervened until the problem was fixed.
2 things, 1 they straightened it which the technician could have done from the beginning and 2 the fluff that the technician said was a breakage of the display if it was removed which indicates that it was fluff.
