El trato es muy amable desde que llamas por telefono para pedir cita o información hasta el momento en que te atienden, te dan sugerencias según las necesidades de cada persona. La dra es muy agradable y el servicio es excelente. Sales feliz y más bella del lugar.

I chose Iduna because I needed a massage and facial. I showed up for my morning appointment and was made to wait for an additional 30 minutes. When we finally got a room it was cold and bright, and the waterfall music was interrupted by advertisements. The massage therapist proceeded to give me a very weak massage, and she was texting through a good portion of it, so she spent a lot of time tugging on my hair with one hand. At the end of this truly mediocre experience she put some cold stones down my back, inexplicably uncovered my legs (did I mention the room was cold?) and then left without saying anything to me. My Spanish may not be fluent, but I can hold a basic conversation. After some confusing minutes laying there expecting her to return I finally got dressed, paid and left without the facial. / Elegí Iduna porque necesitaba un masaje y un tratamiento facial. Me presenté para mi cita de la mañana y me hicieron esperar 30 minutos adicionales. Cuando finalmente conseguimos una habitación, hacía frío y brillante, y la música de la cascada fue interrumpida por anuncios. El terapeuta de masaje procedió a darme un masaje muy débil, y ella estaba enviando mensajes de texto a través de una buena porción, así que pasó mucho tiempo tirando de mi cabello con una mano. Al final de esta experiencia verdaderamente mediocre, me puso unas piedras frías en la espalda, me descubrió inexplicablemente las piernas (¿mencioné que la habitación estaba fría?) Y luego se fue sin decirme nada. Mi español puede no ser fluido, pero puedo mantener una conversación básica. Después de unos minutos confusos tendidos allí esperando que ella regresara, finalmente me vestí, pagué y me fui sin el facial. Muy decepcionante.

I went for a facial 2 weeks ago. Itzel the owner and aesthetician recommended a deep clean and to come back in 2 weeks for a deep moisturizing facial. After both my skin looks great, like I lost 5 or more years !! The deep cleans was also moisturizing and my skin had a big improvement. I highly recommend for iduna facials. Price seems good and fair. I may go back for a peel in September, ahe won't do them in the summer because the sun is too harsh after a peel.
