S	Soy Chilanga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y organización NO RESPETAN LAS CITAS, no pierdas tiempo. La señora que revisa el papeleo hace más lento el trámite. La persona que da la información es el policía. Hoy no había "servicio" y la fila llegaba hasta afuera de la plaza. Ni para entregas tenían servicio ni personal disponible. Si te urge el trámite te recomiendo no ir a este módulo. Terrible service and organization DO NOT RESPECT APPOINTMENTS, don't waste time. The lady who reviews the paperwork slows down the process. The person who gives the information is the policeman. Today there was no "service" and the line reached out of the square. Neither for deliveries had service nor personnel available. If the process is urgent, I recommend you not to go to this module.

Uno claramente especifica los documentos que va a llevar desde el momento en el que al agendas la cita y estas personas te dicen que te faltan cosas que ni siquiera vienen especificadas en tu cita (piden testigos cuando nunca aparece que debes de llevar testigos). Solo se pierde el tiempo en este lugar Very bad service, they just waste your time. One clearly specifies the documents that you are going to bring from the moment you schedule the appointment and these people tell you that you are missing things that are not even specified in your appointment (they ask for witnesses when they never show up that you must bring witnesses). Only time is wasted in this place

Se supone que agendas una cita para que te atiendan en ese horario en específico, pues no, resulta que de la nada se les ocurrió cerrar el día de mi cita a las 3 de la tarde y sin aviso nos dejaron como tontos afuera de este lugar porque se les ocurrió irse temprano cuando se supone que cierran hasta las 8 pm
