Quedas incomunicado.. tengo casi dos meses insistiendo en q manden un técnico para q chequen y solo te dicen q lo van a mandar y ya para casi dos meses no lo han mandado... Esto me parece una burla y por parte de los dueños o asociación nada de profesión para resolver los problemas o checar si su personal técnico o personal q atiende a la comunidad "asistentes" están haciendo su trabajo.. quieren tirar dinero?.contraten The worst thing that exists ... the signal goes away a lot ... The service was fine, but I started to fail and I checked to report but they did not solve anything for me it was 3 days that they told me "we already sent someone" "in a moment it is re-established" and they did not pass at any time, it is annoying that they play with People's time, because I am paying for a service, they are not doing you any favors.

It was after a storm. They came out in a couple of days and went on the roof and fixed it. I'm very happy with their service.
