Me perdieron 1 funda, gomas de apoyo y el cuadrito del cargador. Repusieron las gomas y el cuadrito. Se confunden de que piezas son originarias de cada equipo por que todo lo amontonan y no son organizados, esto me toco verlo en la sucursal con otros equipos. El técnico sabe del medio y es amable, pero es irresponsable. Acerca de los precios y piezas titubean y se contradicen como si no tuviera nocion de las piezas. Nada recomendables, espero que mejoren. Un iPhone me lo dejaron inservible: solo era cambiar el display y la pantalla quedó pésima y de paso me jodieron el sensor de proximidad, hace unos días ya no dio para más. Mi iPad solo era cambio de display y ahora una bocina no le sirve. En fin, precios caros, pésima atención, solo me trajeron a vueltas. En verdad, mil veces el servicio que ofrece Apple (en caso de que sean equipos recientes; un iPad no lo arregla Apple) mas vale más caro, pero con piezas originales y más garantía. En mi caso particular arreglaron mi iPhone mojado y estuve feliz por ello, pero la batería nueva que me pusieron no funciono correctamente, y aun después de que me la cambiaran por una nueva, la nueva tampoco funciona bien.
