★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son extremadamente burocráticos, piden orden de compra y te hacen llenar formato de ellos de orden de compra, tienen un solo correo para cotizaciones y a ver si responden. Muy mala atención al cliente.
Los productos son muy buenos, pero la estrella es únicamente por su servicio al cliente.
They are extremely bureaucratic, they ask for a purchase order and make you fill out a purchase order form, they have a single email for quotes and to see if they respond. Very bad customer service.
