I brought my laptop in for routine maintenance, and they deleted my new microsoft office, as well as all my photoshop programs, and blamed me. They also couldn't do a simple upgrade, now my whole iOS is screwed up, and when I called to ask them what happened, they said, "this isn't my problem". Stay away, especially with a Mac, they are to expensive to trust with these dumba$$es.

Replaced the screen and they noticed there was some water damage inside- they deep cleaned my phone (a 24 hour process) and replaced my screen for a reasonable price (similar to US prices even when paying in pesos). Thank you!
J	Jon Baez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR SHOP! Went to them to see if they can fix my iPhone 11 pro after it fell in the sea. They said they can do something to it and theres a 50% chance it will get fixed for $30 USD. After a day, they said they couldn't get it to turn on and gave me the phone back after I paid. Wasn't until after I got the phone back that I was told they opened it. They aren't an authorized repair shop, so after I took it to an actual authorized repair shop, my warranty for the phone was voided. Would have much rather paid $30 USD for them to tell me they can't open it or I'll lose my warranty. Instead the woman just wanted to make a quick $30 USD and now I have a broken phone that can't be used or fixed. Wouldn't trust this company with any further business.

Was expecting a massive bill but there drying service fixed the phone to 85% so no need for new parts. Damage was done from the water for the rest but I have a phone I can use. Extremely professional, would highly highly recommend. iPhone 11 got water damaged in a cenote, had a waterproof case on it but it didn’t work. Also thought they were waterproof to an extent but they are water resistant and apple take no responsibility for water damage.
