★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El curso que tomé bien, instalaciones bien, pero…. Yo no soy alumna, que me pongan a limpiar, sacar y acomodar todo esta fatal, incluidas parrillas, por que de otro modo no te puedes retirar deberían tener personal de apoyo y de limpieza

Ubicado en Querétaro ofrece planes de formación de alta calidad, impartidos por excelentes profesores en unas instalaciones de última generación. Lo mejor el restaurante escuela donde puedes disfrutar excelentes platos a precios muy razonables. Nos quedamos con las ganas en degustar muchos de ellos por falta de tiempo pero seguro regresaremos. Excelente selección de vinos a un precio inmejorable. Genial carta de cocktails. Ambiente distendido, universitario, amable y accesible. Excelente servicio aunque en entrenamiento. Muy recomendado.
Iges is one of the main Institutes of Gastronomy in Mexico. Located in Querétaro, it offers high quality training plans, taught by excellent teachers in state-of-the-art facilities. The best restaurant school where you can enjoy excellent dishes at very reasonable prices. We are left with the desire to taste many of them for lack of time but we will surely return. Excellent selection of wines at an unbeatable price. Great cocktail menu. Relaxed, university, friendly and accessible environment. Excellent service although in training. Highly recommended.
