Cierran las calles aledañas a la iglesia para la festividad. Se encienden 3 torres de esta planta candelilla para arder antes de la medianoche para el festejo de la virgen de la iglesia. Después se continúa con la kermes con baile regional y cena tradicional.
The most anticipated day for the municipality and the region is December 11 and 12 for the burning of the candelilla, a unique tradition. The streets surrounding the church are closed for the festivity. 3 towers of this candelilla plant are lit to burn before midnight for the celebration of the Virgin of the Church. Then we continue with the kermes with regional dance and traditional dinner.
