F	Felipa Lazcano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porque es un lugar que conserva las tradiciones populares,en este caso una de las más fuertes en nuestro país,que es el día de muertos,y en este poblado se vive está tradición muy a su manera,con comidas muy de esta región ,como el mole poblano ,los tamales de alberjon ,que son para acompañar al mole y que en esta región se conocen como xocotamale,palabra en náhuatl que significa tamai agrio,debido a que en épocas anteriores,se agriava la masa para prepararlos a propósito,era un gusto muy particular por ese sabor,aunque actualmente esto ya no se lleva a cabo.otrode los alimentos locales es un pipian rojo con guajolote,muy rico,que llaman ahí "patscalli",en español Pascal y este se acompaña con los mismos xocotamales, o con unas gordas de masa mezcladas con unos frijoles cosechados ahí mismo ,conocidos como frijoles gordos,y cocidos bal vapor,pero lo más característico de ahí es un tamal,relleno de carne de puerco y molito rojo único y exclusivo bpara este tamal,que se llama en náhuatl, nacatamali,o al español llaman tamal de bola,x que se elabora usando el puño de la mano,para lograr una especie de ollita ,con la masa y ponerle la mayor cantidad de mole y un pedazo grande de carne de puerco,para luego cerrar y envolver con la hoja maíz y cocerlo al vapor, créanme que no han probado nada igual. a Because it is a place that preserves popular traditions, in this case one of the strongest in our country, which is the day of the dead, and in this town you live this tradition very much in its own way, with foods from this region, such as the mole poblano, the tamales of the lodge, which are to accompany the mole and that in this region are known as xocotamale, a Nahuatl word that means sour size, because in earlier times, the dough was sourd to prepare them on purpose, a very particular taste for that flavor, although this is no longer carried out.
