★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hermosa iglesia con un atrio grande que, como en muchas iglesias antiguas, funcionaba como panteón del pueblo, actualmente es un area con arboles y jardines, muy aparte del parque principal de la comunidad. Una grata sorpresa descubrirla.
Beautiful church with a large atrium that, as in many old churches, functioned as a pantheon of the town, today it is an area with trees and gardens, far apart from the main park of the community. A pleasant surprise to discover it.

En su interior se encuentran imágenes de San Diego de Alcalá, San Pascual Bailón, la Inmaculada Concepción y San José. El interior de la bóveda y cúpula están decorados con gran detalle, el retablo mayor y los laterales son joyas virreinales del estado de Tlaxcala.
Parish of San Francisco, in Tepeyanco, Tlaxcala. The cover of the 17th century temple is decorated with talavera. Inside are images of San Diego de Alcalá, San Pascual Bailón, the Immaculate Conception and San José. The interior of the vault and dome are decorated in great detail, the main altarpiece and the sides are viceregal jewels from the state of Tlaxcala.

El pueblo es muy calmado pero ese exconvento le da mucho realce.
Place full of history. Incredible to visit it even if you travel it in less than ten minutes.
The town is very calm but that ex-convent gives it much enhancement.
