Desde 1960 además existen el Jardín de Niños Elena V del Toro, un busto de Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, además de tener una oficina del Servicio Postal Mexicano por lo cual se llamo parque de la inalámbrica hasta que la desmantelaron.
