Antes de realizar la compra te atienden muy amablemente, en el momento en que te haces el pago y te entregan la mercancia cambia por completo el trato. Tuve problemas con una de las piezas que compré y no sólo no me dieron una solución apropiada, el trato por parte del que creo es el dueño o administrador del lugar fue grosera y prepotente. Nunca revisan las piezas o el problema frente a ti, te hacen sentir que no sabes de lo que estás hablando y no te dan la oportunidad de refutar las razones que ellos dan. En mi caso fui con un tecnico particular luego de hablar con ellos y efectivamente una de las piezas estaba dañada (casualmente la que no tiene garantía, cosa que nunca me mencionaron al momento de la compra o entrega). No recomiendo para nada este lugar.
Really disappointed with the service and attention. Before making the purchase they attend you very kindly, at the moment in which you make the payment and they deliver the merchandise, the treatment completely changes. I had problems with one of the pieces that I bought and not only did they not give me an appropriate solution, the treatment by what I believe is the owner or manager of the place was rude and arrogant. They never review the parts or the problem in front of you, make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about, and don't give you a chance to refute the reasons they give. In my case I went to a private technician after speaking with them and indeed one of the pieces was damaged (coincidentally the one that does not have a guarantee, something that was never mentioned to me at the time of purchase or delivery). I do not recommend this place at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well it gives you what they offer a place to play and have a nice time with friends but the place it is often make a disaster, the employees are not that experimented and smells bad, I mean really bad, the computers works correctly and you have the privacy that you could expect, so 7/10
