DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had less expensive options for my existing pool . I decided to buy a IGUI pool because it is a super large international company and I thought they would stand behind their distributors. Forget about it. I contracted to have this pool installed in February, to be installed by mid March. Mid April, and no where near finished. The distributer delayed even beginning the project for weeks, even though he had promised to start the following week, which was especially disappointing since I planned to have the pool installed while I was traveling for 2 week. They didn't even start during that time. So I had to suffer all the noise and drilling when I got back. Once they finally started, there was 1 workman here between 5 and 15 hours a week. Now, after 2 months, they have gotten about 1 week worth of work done. The distributor keeps making promises to get the work done, and never does. They have destroyed a lot of my garden. They dumped the huge pool in my yard and let it sit there for at least 3 weeks, blocking my view and use of the garden, and destroying a lot of my garden and grass. They told me they would drop the sand needed into the correct area by crane, but instead they dumped it in my parking area and have let it sit there for weeks, dumped a lot in my gardens, and around my property. They did not bring all the parts which come with the pool. They destroyed my pool to install this pool, and left me without a pool (for months, so far) and huge expenses to rebuild. I have contacted the main office in Mexico, and they do nothing.. I would recommend you not deal with this company anywhere in the world, especially not in Mexico.
