★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal muy mal te muestran videos o fotografías del hotel supuestamente la q te ofrecen pero al llegar al hotel te dan otra habitación totalmente diferente pésimo el costo muy elavado no uses ajencia solo te trancean tu lana.
Bad very bad they show you videos or photographs of the hotel supposedly the one they offer you but when you get to the hotel they give you another totally different room, terrible cost, do not use someone else, they only trance your wool.

I was sold the stay of ONE hotel as a superior category and When I arrived at the hotel the master suite was horrible, dirty, stinky, dirty bed and bathroom, I will never use their services again for liars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio en el momento es bueno, sin embargo ofrecen promociones en sus paquetes de meses sin intereses aplicando una comisión y no lo aplican, finalmente si requieres de alguna aclaración cuelgan las llamadas y no les interesa resolver. Muy mal que mientan de esa forma para vender sus paquetes.
The service at the moment is good, however they offer promotions in their packages of months without interest applying a commission and they do not apply it, finally if you require any clarification the calls hang and they are not interested in resolving. Very bad that they lie in that way to sell their packages.
