★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia larga, frustrante y muy insatisfactoria. Lleve mi Samsung Galaxy Note 5 por un cambio de bateria, pues estaba hinchada y ya no cargaba. Al intentarlo reparar rompieron el display dejando el celular inservibles. Se tomaron 1 mes en descubrir que no podrian reparar el celular y un 1 mes mas en regresarme mi dinero y el celular (roto y ya sin bateria). Cuando me queje de que el celular estaba roto, me dijeron que asi lo recibieron y que la persona que lo recibio ya no trabaja con ellos. Si aun sabiendo todo esto desean probar suerte con iHelp les recomiendo que tomen fotos o video del estado de su celular o un acuse de recibo.
Long, frustrating and very unsatisfactory experience. I took my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 for a battery change, as it was bloated and no longer charged. When trying to repair they broke the display leaving the cell phone unusable. It took 1 month to discover that they could not repair the cell phone and one more month to return my money and the cell phone (broken and already without battery). When I complained that the cell phone was broken, they told me that they received it that way and that the person who received it no longer works with them. If even knowing all this you want to try your luck with iHelp, I recommend that you take photos or video of the state of your cell phone or an acknowledgment of receipt.
