★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, one of the best option for a classic american breakfast, I really like waffles and chicken with a tasty vanilla milk shake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like pancakes this is the place you have to visit. The restaurant is inside a small plaza in Felix Cuevas. The service is good. There is a children area on the second floor with not many amenities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What to expect? Is kinda hard to don't know what to expect from an IHOP but... This is what I think: very good pancakes and waffles but a little to pricy for what you are eating, they even charge the coffee separately from the "combos" and it is worth mentioning that it is not a good coffee. Even though we still come back once in a while because they are really good hot cakes and we really don't have the energy to make them in home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the love of pancakes, stop cooking them as if they were cheap. Pancakes need warmth to raise and be fluffy. You end up receiving flat bread & chewy. Stop making them next to the rest of the food the oil & lard from bacon and food burns the pancakes and gives them another flavour. That's the reason it turns them brown and chewy, because the stove used for pancakes is always hot for the rest of the food and the pancakes get dried.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, but their hash browns need improvement - they were fully cooked, but softer than expected. Maybe it's a Mexican thing? I don't think I've gotten a golden, crispy-out-soft-inside hash in any of the locations in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected good quality on the food, kind and warm service. Just a little time to wait before have a table of 11 people. I would put bee honey as standard on the try.
