★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, iHop doesn't disappoint. Great food and great pancakes. Service here isn't the best and you have to wait a little bit in line to enter the restaurant. It is located in Altozano's mall with a great view. I recommended Colorado omelet in combo with 3 pancakes. Really helpful with hangover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had breakfast At the IHOP in Morelia (store 5022) and absolutely loved it. It was a big portion and real tasty. The restaurant was clean and they did follow covid-19 protocols.
Our server, Tony, was friendly and welcoming. The biggest compliment is for Gustavo, the manager. He took the time to meet with us, and made us feel welcome and special. He made sure that we are happy and received the correct order.
He visits all guests at their tables to see if everything is okay. He is an excellent manager. We highly recommend this restaurant.
Good job Gustavo!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IHOP is all across USA and the IHOP in Morelia, Michoacán is by far one of the best. It only needs a little better customer service, regarding the waiters/waitresses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiter was maybe the worst waiter we have ever had, took almost an hour for our food and when it came out they forgot pancakes for one of the orders. Asked for a water bottle they never brought it. Waited about half an hour for my check. Just a really bad experience o yeah ham was mini size and really burnt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food even though the portions are not that big. Very pricey, and because of COVID 19 they have a very limited menu and your have to share just one menu for table. The food is very tasty through.

We had to wait a bit because it was pretty busy but it was definitely worth the wait. A thing you need to remember that in Mexico most of the American eateries have higher sanitary standards and higher quality ingredients. Even the fast food burger places....Every once in a while it is nice to eat a great American breakfast.
The food was great, the service was superb and we most definitely be back
