★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there anyway to put a negative 1 star? We waited 20 minutes to get the drinks we ordered. Food took 30 minutes more. When it came we were minus toast and hash browns were hard. If you want a pleasant experience look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a good place. Food has hair every time. The staff is rude still have the nerve to ask for tips after the food comes out cold with hair. Horrible place I don't recommend it.

Pancakes are good. You now need to ask for the flavoured sauces as they are no longer at the table. Good ambient, not so good service. Prices are not cheap, be careful when ordering.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for breakfast. Service was average. Orange juice was mixed with water. Didn't taste like orange. After they changed the glass it was a little better but can't recommend it. The food was nothing special. The fruit option was a joke. I do a better job when I cut my fruits at home. Was a no go. Can't recommend that place. My girlfriend told me that there are better IHOP restaurants in Monterrey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order the Mexican classic which comes with green chilaquiles the problem is that it was crispy tortilla chips with cold green salsa and two slices of red onion. I have eaten them before and they are cooked in the green salsa and topped with melted cheese also the plate said it came with two slices of grilled panela cheese that they didn’t have and substitute for ham without even telling me anything or giving me the choice to decide if I wanted that or not. I understand Ihop is an American restaurant but they need to have somebody that knows how to cook Mexican plates or completely remove them from the menu. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star service. Everyone was professional, courteous, and gracious. There's an indoor playground for kids. Food was fast, tasted just like IHOP in the US.

The Mexican salsa was spoiled.
One of the dishes came with 10 minutes delay from the rest.
The rest of the food was good.
