A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco lejos del centro,pero excelente lugar, aunque la señora Cecilia tiene buena actitud,es molesto que uno le tenga que estar pidiendo accesorios como jabón,le pedí que limpiará mi habitación y me respondió que limpian,un día sí y otro no,eso fue muy molesto porque siendo un lugar arenoso,no es cómodo que este sucio,y siendo que en la descripción dice que el pago por noche incluye limpieza y lo necesario,por noche.. Definitivamente NO volvería a ese hotel,por precio, ubicación y atención,hay muchos mejores NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!!! Se nota el cariño y esmero que el personal tiene a este lugar. Sin duda lo recomiendo y espero volver algún día. Gracias por los consejos que me diste al llegar, tu atención y buena vibra. I loved the hotel .... it is small but very beautiful, I really liked how the rooms are decorated, it is very quiet and cozy, perfect to rest. You can see the love and care that the staff has for this place. I definitely recommend it and hope to return one day. Thanks for the advice you gave me when I arrived, your attention and good vibes. E	Early Valdez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bueno que más les puedo decir este hotel aparte de que es económico es de los más agradables en sentido de tranquilidad, buen servicio, honestidad en cuanto a precios en cuanto a trato, la persona encargada de este lugar es buenísima onda y trata bien a cualquiera. Me cayo muy bien en tampoco tiempo, realmente volvería a ir a ese lugar una y mil veces. Ella misma puede apoyarte a recorrer la isla, solamente pídele el favor. Hay carritos de golf por toda la isla por toda lo hermoso es que solo vez a lo mucho 3 vehículos en toda ella es un lugar muy agradable y hermoso, pacifico que más se podría pedir. Baños muy limpios, sábanas, toallas almohadas, platos todo realmente Limpio además de proporcionar shampo, jabón aire acondicionado orqueta y demás, solo esta para disfrutarze y hay amahacas ena orilla del mar. La persona que nos ayuda dueña y amiga es ceci es recomendable que valla demacrado amable y buena. No falten Es hermoso Pueden ir descalzos Disfrutar desde la arena las.maravillosidades del mundo hermoso. Les recomiendo este lugar.................. Nada mejor que hacerlo contigo no... P O S D A T A No falten solo cuesta 140 para de ahí a ahí nada más ni un peso menos vayan y disfruten hotel ix es lo de hoy barato bonito y bueno muy muy muy muy muy recomendable.!!! Chau Well what else can I say this hotel apart from that it is economical is the most pleasant in sense of tranquility, good service, honesty in terms of prices in terms of treatment, the person in charge of this place is very good wave and treats anyone well . I fell very well in no time either, I would really go to that place once and a thousand times. She can support you to travel the island, just ask her for the favor. There are golf carts all over the island for all the beautiful thing is that only once a lot 3 vehicles in all of it is a very nice and beautiful, peaceful place that more could be asked for. Arrived an hour late due to transfer delay and was made to feel guilty for not letting them know....sorry, no internet connection on the road. Receptionist (Cecilia) asked for my ID and credit card and took a picture, said it was required to process the payment. Then, because of the bad signal on the island, she swipped my card multiple times, telling me it was declined because I had no credit! She actually got my card "locked" due to the multiple attempts. Come to find out, the first charge was for $26 dollars more than what the reservation was for ($464 dollars). Then on the second day, after I checked out and come to find out, paid more than was due for a day ($1,400 pesos), a second attempt was made to charge ($800 dollars) almost twice as much as what the original reservation was made for. Not only that, but then 4 (four) more attempts were made to charge $270 dollars each time. Be very careful.

Liked the clean room and daily room service, new linens and mattress, quiet but 5 min from city centre and 3 min from beach location, very friendly and always there to help owner led environment, stylish interior. Didn't like the still under construction outdoor area, views, slightly broken windows, dated but clean toilet.
A	Antoinette Bernardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cecilia, the owner, is super friendly and helpful with the island of Holbox. She’s full of knowledge and insider tips on good restaurants, cheap meals, how to get around the island, etc. When I arrived, she greeted me with a big hug, like a friend she hasn’t seen in a long time. The facility is spotlessly clean, and they took the time to clean my room every day (I stayed 3 nights and wished I stayed waaayy longer!). The hammock inside the room was a bonus, and the two white ones outside were even gorgeous! The AC worked very well, but at night the whole island had a cooler breeze so I was more than comfortable with just the strong ceiling fan. Love the whole garden area and how they decorated the place. Every morning, Cecilia and her partner really take their time to keep it immaculate and clean the whole place. Some reviewers mention that this is a little away from the center of town. It’s literally a 2-3 minute bike ride from the main town square, and less than 10 minute walk. The island is so small you never feel like you’re far from anything from this hotel. I felt very safe even coming home late nights while traveling solo. The shower pressure was weak and there was no hot water, but it didn’t bother me much because it was so hot outside and cold showers felt so much better.
