★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me sorprendió el lugar, por lo hermoso y bien cuidado. Atardeceres impresionantes, buen servicio en restaurant. Muy amables todos.
Lo malo: Se fue la luz por la noche en La Hacienda y nos cambiaron de cuarto a uno bastante mas pequeño ya algo noche, lo que nos causó perder valioso tiempo. Mas tarde ocupaba salir del hotel a un mandado y estaban cerradas con candados ambas puertas y nadie en recepción, en caso de emergencia es un peligro.
 I was surprised by the place, how beautiful and well cared for. Impressive sunsets, good restaurant service. Everyone is very friendly.
The bad: The power went out at night in La Hacienda and they changed our room to a much smaller one and to something at night, which caused us to lose valuable time. Later he had to leave the hotel on an errand and both doors were locked with padlocks and no one at the reception, in case of emergency it is a danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar que dejo un mal sabor de boca, desde la llegada mala atención con una actitud que te invita a no regresar o a salirte del evento al que fuimos, reservamos una habitación y nos dieron otra, en el evento al que fuimos, comida de mala calidad, bebidas rebajadas, la música sin sentido, todo cobraban y nada resolvían, al día siguiente hiy domingo fuimos al restaurante y el joven de nombre Jesús era el único con la disposición de atender, la mesera grosera déspota con ganas de darle una ch1ng4, aventando los vasos, los platillos y lo que se le pedía, una atención que invita a no regresar JAMÁS, NADA RECOMENDABLE, a parte de caro, UN VERDADERO ASCO DE LUGAR! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es increíble y hermoso, ideal para desconectar y con el lujo necesario para disfrutar. Sin embargo, el servicio podría mejorar, especialmente en la comida, pues tardaron muchísimo en darnos los platillos y algunos incluso no eran los que habíamos ordenado. Nos ofrecieron una disculpa porque tenían evento esa noche, pero también sucedió en la mañana y honestamente por el costo que tiene aun así no debería haber inconveniente.
The place is incredible and beautiful, ideal to disconnect and with the necessary luxury to enjoy. However, the service could improve, especially in the food, as they took a long time to give us the dishes and some were not even the ones we had ordered. They offered us an apology because they had an event that night, but it also happened in the morning and honestly for the cost there should be no problem.
