Sin duda todo es calidad y diseños geniales en ropa y zapatos para mujer. La niña que te atiende es una excelente anfitriona atenta en todo momento y con la ventaja y comodidad para los extranjeros que no hablan español. Su inglés es súper fluido.

What a great shopping experience!

This was the most confusing and frustrating shopping experience I’ve had in CDMX. I arrived to the store about 30 minutes before they closed. I walked into a huge mess. Clothes were everywhere and shoes were randomly placed all over. Pieces of mannequins were on the floor. I was very confused given how nice the photos look online and the good reviews. The staff told me they’re having a photo shoot tomorrow so it’s messy because they’re setting it up. She was very nice and helped me try on items, but it was really hard for her to locate items for me in my size. None of the shoes have prices on them. I find this to be very odd. Seems like she was just giving me arbitrary numbers. There aren’t sizes for items I wanted. I get this is a small shop but it’s really frustrating when I’m told “I think I have your size”. Then after searching, I’m told no. Probably the most unprofessional store I’ve ever been to in Mexico. Not only the front of the store was a mess, the back where the dressing room is also a huge mess. The selection of clothes and shoes is really great though. I decided to purchase a pair of shoes and a shirt. Then, she wasn’t able to find the terminal for my payment. Literally, I sat there for 5 minutes while she combed thru the entire store to find it. At one point, I helped her look for it. My patience finally was gone. Though the worst thing I saw in the store was a DivaCup on the counter of the checkout area. One individual DivaCup. I kid you not. They don’t sell those there. Why was it on the counter? So I left the store. Before this, I gave her my number for follow up about an item I wanted. While I was in my Uber, she called me to come back to the store because she found another terminal for payment. I literally cannot with this store. I will not be returning to this store.
