La arquitectura del hotel está espectacular! La picona está fenomenal. Este hotel está fenomenal. Se los recomiendo MUCHO! Bello y cómodo a muy buen precio! This hotel is worth what it costs and more! The young man at the front desk was very friendly. The rooms are large, clean and very modern. The architecture of the hotel is spectacular! The picona is phenomenal. This hotel is terrific. I highly recommend it! Beautiful and comfortable at a great price!

C	Copeland Liddell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The check in process was very simple. Thanks to the very helpful staff. If I’m in town again I’ll definitely revisit kala kaab. Also right across the street from the ADO. That was a big plus.

The staff, especially the manager (shoutout to Sergio!) were extremely accommodating and made us feel at home. Great location right behind the ADO bus station (Google will lead you the wrong way, just go right behind) smack in the middle of the city. Great vibes, recommended! Note: there can be a bit of noise with the buses coming and going so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

The location is great! Very central just in front of the ADO bus station! Lots of great restaurants in the area and public transportation. The bed was one of the best we had!!! This place still got some issues to resolve and some more basic furniture to add to the rooms but it can end up being a great place!

T	Thomas van der Bruggen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They said there was a safe. When we came the hotel staff said the safe was stolen last month and they hadn't replaced it. After that the manager said they never had a safe and that we are lying about this. Never got a refund. Wouldn't recommend at all.
