In most stores, customers would go up to the second floor to start their journey through to the showroom, restaurant, market hall, self serve, checkouts and bistro. With this layout, the store starts ar the lower level and i had to travel upwards to reach each of the deprtments across each floor in a different placement. Was a nice and unique experience.

Then at the end you pick up everything with a red tag yourself on the top floor. Then return to PB to pay. if it has a yellow tag you need to ask the closest employee if they have it in the warehouse. But THEY WON'T. Get out your phone and buy it online. Of course the food is good.
G	Guillermo Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is really big and you can find many things for your home, unfortunately many things are out of stock or the place to pick it up (as many things are stored in the last floor so you have to wait until the end to find out they are out of stock and you spend some time trying to find them as there it lacks staff to help you find the item). Overall is a very good place, the restaurant is also amazing, the food is good and cheap, so you can have a nice meal after walking around for hours, but don’t expect something amazingly delicious (is not something you will want to come back again and again, only if you have to go buy something from the store, but is really good for the price. What I mean is that you wouldn’t go there only for the food). The staff is friendly, the place is easy to follow and with a lot of space to walk around.

Today, there where none. There was also a TOTAL lack of bookshelves and basically every other item we wanted. Please show an "Out of stock"-tag in the showroom! I will happily change this to 5 stars once these issues are solved. Now the self pick felt more like she shelves in DDR than an IKEA. I hope you will fix your stock before I travel all the way from Yucatan again!

This store is conveniently located near the train stop and it’s part of a LARGE MALL. The store was clean. We’ll organized and plenty of staff readily available to assist customers. Bathrooms were also clean, well stocked, and available for customers use. This is one of the largest IKEA STORES I have visited ANYWHERE! They even have lockers available for your use while you shop. The IKEA Restraunt and conveyance stand were very clean, staff readily available to assist customers . I found that MANY of their employees spoke fluent English!
