Me alegra mucho haber encontrado otra opción verdaderamente italiana en Il Capriccio. El lugar no es visualmente atractivo, muy blanco, sin una temática, más que las disposición de las mesas como un comedor. Creo que es un aspecto a mejorar con alguna calidez en las luces y la decoración. Sin embargo, aun así, es un 5 estrellas debido al sabor y servicio. Probamos ensalada, pizza y pasta. La ensalada muy fresca con excelente calidad de los ingredientes y aderezo. La pizza con muy rica masa y consistencia, excelentes ingredientes, destacando la berenjena que estaba más que deliciosa! Respecto a la pasta, raviolis de carne, muy bien en su cocción , al dente, con una salsa sencilla de tomate con TODO el gusto de la salsa hecha en casa de un italiano, simple y deliciosa! El servicio impecable. Es toda una joya de sabor en Guadalajara, en una zona donde la buena comida no es abundante. Pruebe la pizza con berenjenas y coma pasta con salsa roja, con eso no hay forma de fallar. Vuelvo muy pronto! 100% Recomendado! Guadalajara has many options for pasta and pizza, but very few authentically Italian. I'm so glad I found another truly Italian option at Il Capriccio. The place is not visually attractive, very white, without a theme, more than the arrangement of the tables like a dining room. I think it is an aspect to improve with some warmth in the lights and the decoration. However, it is still a 5 star due to taste and service. We tried salad, pizza, and pasta. Very fresh salad with excellent quality of ingredients and dressing. The pizza with very rich dough and consistency, excellent ingredients, highlighting the eggplant which was more than delicious! Regarding pasta, meat ravioli, very well cooked, al dente, with a simple tomato sauce with ALL the taste of an Italian's homemade sauce, simple and delicious! The impeccable service. It is a jewel of flavor in Guadalajara, in an area where good food is not abundant. Try the aubergine pizza and eat pasta with red sauce, there's no going wrong with that. I'll be back very soon! 100% recommended!

Los precios son adecuados para probar varios platillos. La atención super bien y la comida sale muy rápido. El lugar está muy cómodo también y el ambiente adecuado. 100% recomendado. What delicious dishes we tasted here. We ordered Carpacho de res, Cannelloni and Panna Cota. All were original in flavor, warm, and the right portion. The prices are adequate to try various dishes. The service is super good and the food comes out very fast. The place is very comfortable too and the right atmosphere. 100% recommended.
