Salado, sin balance, seco, incomible. Me quedé con hambre y sin $270 pesos en mi cartera. Pedi el "Calzoni Broccolinata" y el fuerte sabor del roquefort solo a veces se sentía bien balanceado por los pequeños pedazos de brocoli y de cherry que tenía el platillo. Pareciera que el brocoli escaceara o fuera un ingrediente premium. ¿Donde estaba el brocoli? Tambien pedí una "Ensalada Milan" y sólo me pude comer los tomates cherry de lo salada que estaba. Una ensalada te debe dar una sensación de frescura y no cómo si te estuvieras comiendo una hamburguesa de Burger King. Terminé comiendo puro pan... la masa fue lo único ligeramente rescatable de los 2 platillos que pedí. (La esalada traía un pedazo de pan). Una lástima. Por los nombres de los platillos y las descripciones pensé que por fin iba a probar un calzone y una ensalada de calidad sin embargo parece que es lo único en lo que se esforzaron, escribir el menu. Estoy convencido de que no hay un chef en esa cocina o nadie que le importe o tenga un poquito de pasión por cocinar.

Salty, unbalanced, dry, inedible. I was hungry and without $ 270 pesos in my wallet. I ordered the "Calzoni Broccolinata" and the strong flavor of the roquefort was only sometimes well balanced by the small pieces of broccoli and cherry in the dish. Broccoli seems to be scarce or a premium ingredient. Where was the broccoli? I also ordered a "Milan Salad" and I could only eat the cherry tomatoes because of how salty it was. A salad should give you a feeling of freshness and not like you are eating a Burger King hamburger. I ended up eating pure bread ... the dough was the only slightly salvageable of the 2 dishes I ordered. (The lady brought a piece of bread). A shame. Because of the names of the dishes and the descriptions, I thought I was finally going to try a quality calzone and a salad, however it seems that it is the only thing they tried to do, write the menu. I am convinced that there is not a chef in that kitchen or anyone who cares or has a little passion for cooking.
