Absolutely disappointed. Been coming here for 3 years, and tonight takes the cake. Served 6 children their entrees before even serving adults salad. Children were finished before soup came. Sent them back to the room well before our entrees even came out. When I ask the manager why we didn't eat dinner together he explained that it is not how they serve the meal? I took my family to dinner expecting to eat dinner together. When I ask my waiter to speak to the manager, i watched him tell the manager, then proceeded to watch the manager avoid us. I had been looking forward to our dinner here for quite some time. Never again. There is a real Italian restaurant 5 minutes away, save yourself the trouble and go there instead. You made a mistake, own up to it and learn from it. Not ignore it.

Beautiful restaurant!!!! We stumbled across the restaurant on a night away from our hotel, wanting to eat some proper food. Il Pescatore was wonderful. The setting, by the marina is stunning, the food even better. A party of 7 we were served by the lovely Javier. He was so friendly. We were offered drinks, had a bread course then meals. 3x steak, 1x risotto, 2x tagliatelle ragu, 1x pasta alfredo. The food was beautiful, could not be faulted at all. Tonight we visited again for my father in laws birthday. I emailed the concierge to see if there was anything they could do (decorate tables, anything just to celebrate) i had a kind response saying that they need 2 days notice (unless we had balloons etc with us we could drop off) sadly we hadnt but left it at that, the restaurant responded by saying they had booked our table and would prepare a special dessert. We arrived 8pm, greeted by Juan, our waiter, and Reuban our server. They had cordened off and fully decorated our table, right overlooking the marina, with banners and balloons it was so kind of them! My father in law was given a glass of wine, and we were all given reeths for around our necks! The steak was a real winner last time, so this time time we ordered 4x steaks, 2x lasagne bolognese (yum!!!!) 1x pasta alfredo, again a bread course was served. The food was beautiful, the staff were so friendly and the setting perfect. We were even teaching Reuban some Yorkshire (he was intrigued by our accents!!) Ey-up (hello) and grand (nice/beautiful) he was talking 'Yorkshire' to his colleagues!! The staff were so attentive, Javier, Rueban and Juan really made a nice evening out into a beautiful evening in a beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more, simply outstanding. Thank you all so much. If you get the opportunity to visit you MUST!!! (and dont forget to greet Reuban with 'ey-up' ?

This was a terrible dinning experience. Bad Food, bad service and over priced. Worst meal we have had in our three weeks here. Paradise Village should not even recommend this as an option to its guests.

Please save your money and go anywhere else. I do not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE. This is only 1 small example of the bad night we had.. Terrible food and service aside: We all ordered appetizers and 2 of our guests recieved their main course with their appetizer (bruschetta & fettuccini alfredo) so they just sat there while the rest of us ate our entrees. We brushed that off and carried on, we are all very easy going but none of us had a happy experience. The food was AWFUL, service was SLOW and the server was rude. We were double charged for our meal and had to go back to get a refund & they didn't even apologize, they tried justifying the charge... Honestly it's tough for me to leave a bad review but it was that bad. The entire timewas a major DISAPPOINTMENT. There are so many better places to spend your evening. Go down the block to literally anywhere else.

Not bad but I wouldn't rush right over if you have other options. The menu is fairly extensive and the waitstaff are very friendly. I was rather disappointed in the caprese salad, I was not expecting the tomatoes to be hard and not quite ripe, especially since most of the tomatoes we get in the states are grown in MX these days. The mushroom risotto was lovely, rice was beautifully cooked and it was flavorful. Overall not a bad choice, but not my first choice.

Went here for my birthday with 3 other guests. We waited over an hour for our food without the server coming back to even tell us it would be longer or we weren't forgotten. When I got my pasta it was so over salted I unfortunately had to send it back which I hate doing. I had my friends and family try it to confirm I was correct. The waiter asked if I wanted anything else and although I was very hungry I didn't want to make everyone else wait another hour for me to get my meal or risk it being terrible again. Their food was good and okay but nothing any of us would go back for.

The atmosphere was incredible. The service was impressive. I had my favorite Italian meal which was in gnocchi. It was heavy and did not appear to be made in house. I would not order it again.

Great hidden Italian restaurant in the Paradise Village complex. Enjoyed a great meal over looking the Village Marina. Staff very friendly and efficient. Management very attentive. Will go back next time we are in Nuevo Vallarta.
