El "queso" que usan era de la peor calidad, parecía una pasta hecha con harina. Comprendo que los precios de los insumos pudieron incrementar, pero el hecho de sacrificar calidad el cliente lo va a identificar.
I frequently go to this place for the pizzas that were very tasty, this last time the ones I ordered were a disappointment. The "cheese" they use was of the worst quality, it looked like a pasta made with flour. I understand that the prices of inputs could increase, but the fact of sacrificing quality the customer will identify it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar acaba de cambiar de administración, de personal y supongo que de chef. La verdad deja mucho que desear. Fui en pareja y ordenamos una tabla de quesos, unos ravioli y un espagueti. La tabla, debo decir, fue aceptable. Incluso sabrosa. Sin embargo las pastas dejaron mucho que desear. Mis ravioli estaban salados y contenían salsa en exceso. El espagueti estaba desabrido. A leguas se veía que cocieron la pasta y calentaron la salsa de tomate en cacerolas separadas; después sirvieron la pasta y encima le colocaron un poco de salsa de tomate. Afortunadamente el vino pasó la prueba y no permitió que la noche se arruinara. El servicio del lugar es aceptable. Si bien el restaurante aún conserva el decorado y el encanto del original e inigualable Il Segreti Della Nonna, creo que aún tendrán que trabajar bastante para ganarse un lugar en la cocina italiana de Aguascalientes.
The place just changed management, staff and I guess the chef. The truth leaves a lot to be desired. I went as a couple and we ordered a cheese board, some ravioli and a spaghetti. The table, I must say, was acceptable. Even tasty. However the pasta left a lot to be desired. My ravioli were salty and contained too much sauce. The spaghetti was bland. Leagues away you could see that they cooked the pasta and heated the tomato sauce in separate saucepans; then they served the pasta and put a little tomato sauce on top. Fortunately the wine passed the test and did not allow the evening to be ruined. The service of the place is acceptable. Although the restaurant still retains the decoration and charm of the original and unique Il Segreti Della Nonna, I think they will still have to work hard to earn a place in the Italian cuisine of Aguascalientes.
