Con mucho gusto y de manera profesional pueden contactarme para compartir todas las conversaciones con Sugey donde ella misma me pidió reportar toda mi mala experiencia y pueden verificar la falta de seriedad para solucionar los problemas. La idea con una retroalimentación es que ustedes puedan mejorar, no que se tomen a mal la misma y mientan para perjudicar a los visitantes. Con el mismo protocolo, exigencia y reglas de la casa pudieron no regresarme el depósito de 1000 pesos que les di si mi compartimiento fue como comentan. Por otro lado aunque el lugar específica que no incluye lugar de estacionamiento y en la calle aparentemente está seguro se corre el riesgo de algún percance o robo y por la cercanía con el auditorio que está ahí, hay que lidiar con estar buscando lugar para estacionarse cuando nos percatamos que al interior en todo momento había lugares disponibles ! En contra: falta revisión a esos pequeños detalles que te dan 5 estrellas regadera rota, llave de fregadero sin maneral, calentador tarda en prender, almohadas con olor. Leer bien antes de atacar y contestar. 4 estrellas no es mala calificación Fueron los vecinos los del vidrio y en estado inconveniente, incluso metieron camastros a nuestra área "exclusiva". No sé mencionó que no hubiera agua caliente sólo que tarda. I liked: the concept, the facilities, the views and the location...
