★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fresh bread, Delicious! Beet salad and soup, fantastic! Filet was cooked to perfection after returned, (the filet was rare instead of Medium). Hostess Excellent! "Service" was very good 4 out of 5 times in 4 week period.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 2 days prior and was not informed there is a dress code. I thought I may have brought some pants but didn’t we traveled 1300 miles and got denied service because of their mistake. Was really looking forward to this. When I asked to speak to manager he said he was the manager and to talk to concierge. This will definitely impact if I stay at the resort again.

Staff was very nice but food prep and timing was terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoy this restaurant. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is delicious. They are open for dinner and require reservations. They also have a dress code so make sure to plan ahead.
This is a nice place for date night while staying at El Cid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grouper entree was well prepared. Cheeseburger was burned outside and raw inside. Pork entree was well prepared. Shrimp sandwich was good.
Service was friendly, however meals were served between 30-40 minutes apart for our group of 7. The restaurant was only half full so there was no reason for our diners to take so long. Our reservation was 8:30 our meals delivered approx 9:30.
It is unfortunate that the meal prep and delivery overruled the flavors.
