Very nice and clean comfortable place. Very close to the beach nice views you can see from your room widow balcony. Staff is very friendly housekeeping ladies Lazaro and Difloria are nice and try to fulfill our needs in room. The guy at the front desk name Ricardo the guy at front desk and Gcnesis very sweet lady are very nice and help alot what we need.❤❤❤ I hardly recommend this place to stay in comfort and enjoy your trip as I did??

We managed to finish our misery with our staying here. First of all NOISE!!! NEVER ENDING NOISE. Please do not stay in this hotel if you want to sleep, at all.. This hotel is at the corner, wih 4 drinking bars who finish work at 5.30 in the morning. We had to sleep with our windows closed al the time, and still we could hear them loud. I waited for 3 weeks to pass from our staying to write this rewiev, hoping that maybe I was expecting too much when we got here, and that maybe after some time I will find something good about this place, but NO. Dont come here! At check in they told us they are repairing locks from safes in rooms, please..you can repair lock within 10 min,if you want. After we was robbed in Cancun ( 2 days before, cleaning lady took 150 eur from my husbands pants) that wasnt something I wanted to hear at arrival. At the end we managed to leave belongings is their safe at reception , but we couldnt have acces to them when we want , but only in morning time, because in the afternoons and evenings people who works does not speak english, or they were pretending not to understand us. We had included breakfast, but there was no food every day, it depends from mood of the lady from the kitchen ? Two stars is for cleaning effort!

Basic room. Friendly staff. EXTREMELY NOISY!!!!! Didn’t sleep at all the entire 3 nights we were here 1) their construction hammering and drilling away all day literally from 6am-6pm and then 2) the live band playing all night next door until 1am. Ok location if you’re looking to stay up all night and party but avoid if you’re looking to relax and sleep because you definitely won’t get any rest here.

It is super awesome, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Muza next door for food. Convenience store next door is useful. Can be loud (from nearby clubs ) unfortunately at night, but many places are... I would stay again, but consider gambling on something different

To be honest am definitely coming back my name is carlos the front desk people always attend to any need great attitude the hotel is the best location 30 seconds across and 5th Avenue also I love it breakfast is acceptable I also enjoy it ! ?

Loud noise from nearby bars. Basic rooms (no fridge, microwave, hairdryer unless requested). Comfy large beds, but nothing too special in rooms. Paying for convenience of amazing location near beach, shopping, food and ADO bus terminal.

The hotel is close to everything! The staff is fabulous and our room is so big! The Wi-Fi is not great but we are on vacation and it didn't bother us. The pool is small but perfect because it was never crowded. My only complaint would be that the pool seemed dirty. Other than that everything was wonderful. Loved all the stone work and the large open hallways. All the artwork is beautiful. There is a lot of noise from the street but it never bothered us. I just used a noise app from my tablet and heard nothing and slept very peaceful.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! 3 days into an 11 night stay and we awoke to no water. Then we were informed that there would be no water the next day also. We checked out. No management to approve refund. They refused to answer phone for Priceline regarding refund!! Very unprofessional.. Kids are running it.
