Maintenance service is terrible. We have been 12 days without signal, call every day and get the same answer: the Technician has the maintenance order and should be there today. Still waiting!

Internet goes out 5-6 times a day. 12 times the other day. They say they can't fix the issue unless you call when your internet is down. Have tried calling a minimum of 8 times. Can't get thru to anyone. The office is NO help what so ever. This place is a joke

Right out of the gate, they have scheduled 3 installation dates that they did not show up for, nor call or email to say they weren't showing, Customer Service is horrible and the girl at the desk in the office is even worse. In this community a bi-lingual enthusiastic customer service rep is needed

Terrible company to deal with. All of it. Blocking ports for no reason for IPTV. Cannot change DHCP in router/modem. Sending out invoices 11 months in advance. Network down nothing less than a few times per week.

I got the phone-Internet pack (100mbs) installed at the far north part of the Raquet Club. It took several visits from the install guys to get the modem to work and 250m of fiber optic cable, which costs 15 pesos per meter. The speed at first was a lot slower than what I expected, and a lot of the time less than 5mbs. The guys in Ajijic made some changes to the configuration, and now I am getting mostly higher than 20mbs. For some reason, the speed increase came with a private IP address, which prevented me from using my KODI IPTV program to watch any of the thousands of TV channels from all over the world that accessible on the Internet. They switched me back to a public IP address, and now KODI works fine. Ilox does not intentionally block IPTV ports as was stated in an earlier review, and DHCP filtering can be turned on or off in the modem with the "secret" password that the IT guys in Ajijic will provide if you ask for it. The Fiberhome modem that Ilox provides has a lot more that can be configured by using the "secret" login/password which you can get from tech support. The standard login/password (user/user1234) allows you to change the SSID and passphrase plus I think add 5Ghz to the default 2.4Ghz if you want. If you do not have a lot of patience, maybe you should stick to Telmex.

Our installer worked very hard..climbing the pole, drilling through two floors of concrete. He gave me the passcode to my phone(which is a bar code) so I have no internet/wifi on my laptop or desktop and horrible dropouts on my phone. He left after I signed. I have been disconnected Three times trying to call in. Another weekend without Wifi and >Internet. I have so many things I am falling behind on...like Moving IN. I went down to Ajijic to try and get some help yesterday. This is the worst demonstration of incompetency yet. Today Im stuck at home

As of Feb. 21, 2022. Internet signal continues to be insufficient, pay for 100 get 33 at best, bounces up and down, out for hours. Emailing about the problem is continually ignored. I think I'll be switching providers very soon.

We have had ilox service for several years, 3 accounts for 3 apartments. We had to get them to make the 3 IP addresses on public so that we could get streaming tv. In December we started getting terrible internet outages every evening and the apartment downstairs could no longer connect to the tv service. After half an hour at iLox today they told us that only one of the accounts could have a public IP address and we would have to pay 720 pesos a year extra each for the other 2 accounts to get that. No reason why they were taken away and no reason why we have such poor internet service now. Think it is time to change provider.
