★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los cuidados por la contingencia está bien cumplen con todo pero el servicio es lento, lento no siquiera había gente esperando no sé que hacen las personas para tardarse tanto en atender solo espera que sea porque están acomodando mercancía o algo así porque de otra manera no entiendo la tardanza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es limpio; pero la actitud del personal (mujeres) es nefasto; te atienden con fastidio y con mala cara; si sabes que vas a comprar está bien y si no hasta te regañan... ojalá puedan mejorar ese aspecto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenía la intención de afiliarme, pero la actitud de la chica que me atendió fue nefasta, me daba información de mala gana, tenía una actitud altanera, no tiene poder de convencimiento. Para ser una buena vendedora la atención al cliente es primordial, no importa que vengas de malas de la casa, el trabajo es trabajo, y sobre todo cuando se tiene la tarea de atender a posibles emprendedoras, pero te tratan como si les fueras a pedir limosna.
Fue una total desilusión, tenía altas espectativas. Por el producto no tengo quejas, la calidad de Ilusión es maravillosa y me encanta, y me hubiera encantado afiliarme, pero ni modo ojalá pongan más atención al tipo de gente que contratan, al final del día son la imagen que representan a la empresa.

It was a total disappointment, I had high expectations. I have no complaints about the product, the quality of Ilusión is wonderful and I love it, and I would have loved to join, but I hope they pay more attention to the type of people they hire, at the end of the day they are the image that represents the company.
