★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una prenda y por motivos ajenos al siguiente día quise hacer un cambio, por otra de diferente costo, pagando la diferencia y no se permitió porque, era mercancía de otra tienda y la tenían a consignación, si me moleste mucho , me hacían el cambio por lo que ellas decían no lo que yo pedía, quería otro diferente pagando diferencia, y al final optaron por hacerme el cambio con mercancía propia,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horroroso el trato, tanto en suc. San Ángel como en la de Insurgentes, les falta demasiada empatía con los clientes y no solo me refiero por el trato recibido hacia mi, si no a los demás clientes que en ese momento estaban en la tienda.
No se ofendan mejor usen mi comentario como un área de oportunidad.
Sin mencionar que no se ponen de acuerdo en lo ofrecido al cliente, en San Ángel dicen una cosa sobre la de Insurgentes y viceversa.
En fin tanto en estos tiempos donde el trabajo valiosísimo como en los que no había pandemia debemos tratar de conservar a los clientes.

Not to mention that they do not agree on what is offered to the client, in San Ángel they say one thing about that of Insurgentes and vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, no tienen empatia, no te contestan el whastts ni el teléfono de la tienda, se la pasan adentro durmiendo y todavía dicen que les pagarán sin trabajar, quise realizar un cambio y de 2 prendas solo me aceptaron 1 que porque era de oferta pero cuando la solicite no me mencionaron eso, la persona que me atendió más a fuerzas que de ganas, te entregan la mercancía casi aventado tela, no la recomiendo en lo absoluto, les falta cordialidad y parece 1ue te están haciendo el favor, aparte de que nunca hay nada, o puedes hacer cambios en ofertas, y aparte el trato, con razón no tienen gente y todas se quejan de esas personas, porque no consiguen un trabajo que les guste, así ya ni dan ganas de vender!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para comprar ropa de calidad y la mayoría mexicana. Lo único malo es que no tienen mucho en stock y hay que dejarlo por apartado para que llegue la siguiente semana. También cuenta con poco personal, así que, si vas, ten paciencia porque tardarás un poco en ser atendida, sin embargo la atención es sumamente cordial y toman su tiempo para que quedes satisfecha con tu pedido.
